of Judge Ronald King of Worcester,
Marlborough and Leominster Courts
in the county of Worcester, Massachusetts.
On information
and belief, I state that the above-named

and has violated the persons rights
under the Supremacy Clause appears
in Article VI of the United States
Constitution.
The Supremacy
Clause appears in Article VI of the
United States Constitution. It establishes
the Constitution, Federal Statutes,
and U.S. treaties as "the supreme
law of the land." The Constitution
is the highest form of law in the
American legal system. State judges
are required to uphold it, even if
state laws or Constitutions conflict
with it
Article III
Section 1. The judicial
power of the United States, shall
be vested in one Supreme Court, and
in such inferior courts as the Congress
may from time to time ordain and establish.
The judges, both of the supreme and
inferior courts, shall hold their
offices during good behaviour, and
shall, at stated times, receive for
their services, a compensation, which
shall not be diminished during their
continuance in office.
Section 2. The judicial
power shall extend to all cases, in
law and equity, arising under this
Constitution, the laws of the United
States, and treaties made, or which
shall be made, under their authority;--to
all cases affecting ambassadors, other
public ministers and consuls;--to
all cases of admiralty and maritime
jurisdiction;--to controversies to
which the United States shall be a
party;--to controversies between two
or more states;--between a state and
citizens of another state;--between
citizens of different states;--between
citizens of the same state claiming
lands under grants of different states,
and between a state, or the citizens
thereof, and foreign states, citizens
or subjects.
In all cases affecting
ambassadors, other public ministers
and consuls, and those in which a
state shall be party, the Supreme
Court shall have original jurisdiction.
In all the other cases before mentioned,
the Supreme Court shall have appellate
jurisdiction, both as to law and fact,
with such exceptions, and under such
regulations as the Congress shall
make.
The trial of all crimes,
except in cases of impeachment, shall
be by jury; and such trial shall be
held in the state where the said crimes
shall have been committed; but when
not committed within any state, the
trial shall be at such place or places
as the Congress may by law have directed.

Sec. 453. Oaths of justices
and judges
Each justice
or judge of the United States shall
take the following oath or affirmation
before performing the duties of his
office: ``I, ___ ___, do solemnly
swear (or affirm) that I will administer
justice without respect to persons,
and do equal right to the poor and
to the rich, and that I will faithfully
and impartially discharge and perform
all the duties incumbent upon me as
___ under the Constitution and laws
of the United States. So help me God.''
Rights:
1. The right of
the people peaceably to assemble.
2. To petition the Government
for a redress of grievances.
3. The right of the
people to keep and bear Arms, shall
not be infringed.
4. The right of the
people to be secure in their persons,
houses, papers, and effects, against
unreasonable searches and seizures.
5. No person shall be

Infamous: 1. Well
known for some bad quality or deed.
2. Morally bad; shocking.

to the family.)
8. In all criminal prosecutions,
the accused shall enjoy the right
to a speedy and public trial, by an
impartial jury.
9. Informed of the nature
and cause of the accusation; to be
confronted with the witnesses against
him; to have compulsory process for
obtaining witnesses in his favor,
and to have the Assistance of Counsel
for his defense.
10. In Suits at common
law, where the value in controversy
shall exceed twenty dollars, the right
of trial by jury shall be preserved,
and no fact tried by a jury, shall
be otherwise re-examined in any Court
of the United States, than according
to the rules of the common law.
11. Excessive bail shall
not be required, nor excessive fines
imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments
inflicted.
12. The enumeration
in the Constitution, of certain rights,
shall not be construed to deny or
disparage others retained by the people.
13. The Judicial power
of the United States shall not be
construed to extend to any suit in
law or equity, commenced or prosecuted
against one of the United States by
Citizens of another State, or by Citizens
or Subjects of any Foreign State.
14. Neither
slavery nor involuntary servitude,
except as a punishment for crime whereof
the party shall have been duly convicted,
shall exist within the United States,
or any place subject to their jurisdiction.
15. No State
shall make or enforce any law which
shall abridge the privileges or immunities
of citizens of the United States;
nor shall any State deprive any person
of life, liberty, or property, without
due process of law; nor deny to any
person within its jurisdiction the
equal protection of the laws.
16. The right
of citizens of the United States to
vote shall not be denied or abridged
by the United States or by any State
on account of race, color, or previous
condition of servitude– over the age
of 18 or because of gender.
17. The Congress shall
have power to lay and collect taxes
on incomes, from whatever source derived,
without apportionment among the several
States, and without regard to any
census or enumeration.
