New Hampshire's Battle to Implement Equal Rights for Parents Has Been Stalled by Special Interests Who Make Money on Divorce or Want Unequal Rights for Parents
(Shared Parenting is scientifically proven to be the best for children)

They think the government (even worse judges with personal biases and agendas, not juries)
should be able to suspend any parent's rights at will without giving a reason!!
How did these people get elected? They are traitors to their constituents and should be removed from office.

By the way by Federal law any court of "equity", which family courts are
MUST issue a "Finding of Facts" so what they are doing is illegal.
We know this how come these lawyers and judges don't? Or do they?
TODAY A JUDGE CAN TERMINATE ANY PARENTS RIGHTS TO THEIR CHILDREN WITHOUT EVEN STATING A REASON!

THIS GIVES THE PARENT NO WAY TO CORRECT THE SITUATION, NO BASIS FOR APPEAL AND PROTECT JUDGES FROM THEIR ILLEGAL AND SEXUALLY BIASED ACTIONS!
THIS IS A CRIME!

THE MISSION OF NHCUSTODY.ORG

The goal of www.NHCUSTODY.ORG is the reconciliation and reform of family law in New Hampshire and across the country for the sake of our nation's children of divorce and legal separation. The true best interests of America's children are served through the ability to maintain significant meaningful relationships with both their mothers AND their fathers.

Parenting equality under family law must be enacted if our society's crumbling social fabric is to be salvaged before it's too late. American family law is dooming far too many children of divorce and legal separation to a dysfunctional upbringing after one of their parents (usually their father) is essentially removed from their lives during child custody proceedings.

Parents' rights are secondary to children's right to be nurtured, loved, disciplined, taught, protected, and raised by BOTH parents. However, only by protecting fathers' AND mothers' rights can children be best served. The natural bond between parent and child is the best protection for all children, and children suffer greatly when they are unnaturally kept from one of their parents.

Children deserve, and badly need, the continued meaningful involvement of both their mother AND father for proper development, and all too often their fathers (or in rare cases, mothers) are being forcibly taken from them without cause and without explanation.

There is no second class parent when a child is born and the state should
not create a second class parent at the time of divorce or legal separation,
even if the other parent requests the court to do so.

NHCUSTODY.ORG is pursuing change in family law for the equal protection
of the rights of ALL parties comprising the family unit:

mothers
, fathers, and, most importantly, the children...
