                                        So anyone earning
about $40,000 per year pays a fair
amount if they have two children?
Not really because this MAN is paying
100% of the actual cost, instead of
                                            sharing it with the ex-wife.
So they are paying DOUBLE what
                                            they should.  Anyone earning
$100,00 per year pays more than FIVE
TIMES the actual cost of raising the
                                            average child, even assuming there
are TWO children you are paying 250%
of this cost (with the wife paying
                                            nothing!).

                                            Therefore the actual extortion amount
for someone earning $100,000 per year
is $492,500 more than they should
be paying. THIS IS A RACKET for the
state and the judicial system (who
both get federal kickbacks). It also
helps lawyers earn big fees by making
it worth the legal battle. It is simply
a system optimized to rape men going
through divorce for the benefit of
                                            everyone else.  Of course anyone
with higher earnings is being raped
even worse to support their wife with
a second layer of alimony. |

                                        Child support
would be that amount of money required
to raise the child, that takes into
account the difference in time the
                                            child spends with the non-custodial
parent. In other words if the non-custodial
parent has the child 20% of the time,
versus 80% for the custodial it should
probably be assumed that the starting
point should actually be the "gap"
of 60% which must be funded by the
                                            non-custodial parent, NOT 100% of
the cost of raising a child. So the
above figures are actually VERY generous
because the cost should be discounted
by that percentage of time. |
